Ownership and Brand Representation​

Helligo is a trademark and brand operated under Servewinner Co., Ltd. (“the Company”). The Company is the exclusive owner of all rights related to Helligo’s products, services, materials, and associated media. The Company retains full and exclusive authority to develop, manufacture, distribute, and provide any services connected to the Helligo brand. Any reference to, access to, or use of the Helligo brand shall be subject strictly to the policies, terms, and conditions established by Servewinner Co., Ltd.


Intellectual Property Rights​

All trademarks, trade names, logos, content, data, text, graphics, illustrations, designs, software systems, and any other media or materials associated with the Helligo brand (“Intellectual Property”) are the sole and exclusive property of Servewinner Co., Ltd. Any unauthorized use shall constitute an infringement of the Company’s intellectual property rights, and the Company reserves the right to take legal action, including but not limited to civil and criminal remedies, as deemed appropriate.


Privacy Policy​

Servewinner Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) provides data center design and construction services, as well as end-to-end solutions such as system design, internet network installation, software and application development, and IT consulting. The Company is committed to conducting business ethically and in full compliance with all applicable laws. We recognize the importance of protecting personal data; therefore, the Company has established strict rules and policies to ensure that your personal data is used only in line with your intentions and in strict compliance with the law.


Personal Data means any information relating to an identifiable person, whether directly or indirectly. Your personal data may be obtained through the following methods:

1. Personal data that you provide to the Company directly or indirectly, such as during registration, use of products, use of services, searches, browsing, or communication through the Company’s digital channels, social media, or any other contact channels.

2. Personal data that the Company receives or has access to from external sources, such as government agencies, business partners, data providers, recruitment companies, or other websites.


Personal data collected by the Company may include, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Identifiable information, such as first name, last name, age, taxpayer identification number, and copies of identification documents.

2. Contact information, such as residential address, telephone number, email, Facebook ID, and other communication channels.

3. Employment and/or company information, such as organization name, organization address, taxpayer identification number, and related documents.

4. Transaction information, such as bank account number, account name, credit card information, payment channels, transfer slips, and any transaction records related to purchases or rental services.

5. Device information, such as IP Address, MAC Address, and Cookies.

6. Computer traffic data and/or website usage behavior, such as IP Address, country of access, ISP, date and time of access, etc.

7. Other information, such as voice, still images, video, and any other information considered personal data under applicable law.


To whom the Company may disclose your personal data

The Company may disclose your personal data with your consent or as permitted by law in the following cases:

1. Employees and/or authorized business partners.

2. Third parties engaged by the Company to perform tasks related to the Company’s products or services.

3. Government agencies, regulatory bodies, or any persons to whom the Company is required to disclose information in accordance with applicable laws or legal orders.


Retention period of your personal data

The Company will retain your personal data for as long as necessary while you remain a customer or maintain a relationship with the Company, in order to fulfill the purposes related to the provision of services.


Purposes for collecting personal data

1. To improve efficiency, develop marketing plans, analyze usage behavior, evaluate services, enhance customer relationships, and improve products and services.

2. To process and carry out marketing or promotional activities.

3. To comply with applicable laws, including compliance with lawful orders.

4. To prevent, manage, and mitigate risks related to fraud, cybersecurity threats, or illegal activities.

5. To use and/or disclose information of individuals under court-ordered receivership or guardianship.


Terms of Service

1. Service engagement shall be effective only after quotation approval and issuance of a Purchase Order (PO).

2. All operations and procurement shall be based solely on the latest quotation (Quotation).

3. Approved products/services cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded, unless the error is caused by the seller.

4. Any installed items or operations that require modification, removal, or relocation shall be subject to additional charges.

5. If a contract is terminated during execution, no service fees or deposits shall be refunded. Any outstanding amounts must be paid immediately or as specified in the service contract.


Work Warranty

The Company provides installation and/or construction warranties ranging from 60 days to 3 years (depending on the project). This warranty does not cover damages resulting from unauthorized modifications, extensions, or alterations, including actions by the customer, external contractors, theft, vandalism, natural disasters, or pre-existing building structural issues.


Other Terms and Conditions

1. All information provided must be accurate and truthful.

2. For domain name customers, once a domain name has been registered, it cannot be changed. Registering a new domain name will incur additional fees.

3. Some products/services may require advance payment (Prepayment). If there is no response within the specified period, the quotation will be canceled.

4. The service provider shall not be liable for any damages to data, websites, online stores, or systems, regardless of the cause.

5. If the service provider receives complaints, requests, or detects suspicious activities, the provider may suspend services immediately.

6. If fraudulent use of credit cards is detected, services will be terminated immediately.

7. All content and designs created by the service provider are copyrighted and may not be copied.

8. All communications shall be conducted via the registered email address and/or Ticket Task system (IT Ticketing) only. Any change of administrator email must be supported by verification documents.

9. Files infected with viruses will be automatically disabled without prior notice.

10. Services may be suspended if quota, bandwidth, or resource usage exceeds the package limits.

11. Users are responsible for backing up their own data. Backup requests may incur additional service fees.

12. Terms and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

13. Users acknowledge and agree that necessary information may be used for verification, coordination, or disclosure upon lawful request by law enforcement or competent authorities.

14. The service provider may terminate services without refund in the event of any violation of these terms, without prior notice.

15. The service provider acts solely as a system developer and lessor and shall not be responsible for any illegal actions committed by users, whether under domestic or international law.


Payment Terms and Billing (For Vendors)​

1. Vendors/service providers may submit invoices/billing documents online via [email protected] (Payment Notice).

2. Original invoice/billing documents must be submitted to the Company before the 20th of each month (Payment Processing).

3. Payments will be made by bank transfer on the 28th of each month, or according to the agreed credit terms.

4. If original documents are submitted after the 20th of the month, payment will be postponed to the next payment cycle.

5. Documents may be delivered in two ways: via EMS to the Company’s address, or via the Site Manager in charge of your project.

6. Receipts/tax invoices must be dated as of the payment date and the original documents must be submitted within 7 days.

7. Withholding tax certificates (if applicable) will be sent to you via EMS within 7 days (please provide the recipient’s address to our staff).
